Wildlife (non-listed diseases) - Data submission

As of May 2025, data on non-listed diseases in wildlife should be submitted using the attached Excel workbook, which replaces the SurveyMonkey form (now discontinued).

A new tab has been included to report any other infectious or non-infectious diseases observed in wildlife in your country. These entries may be considered in the development of future reporting mechanisms.

Submitted data can be viewed on the Power BI dashboard available via the wildlife health portal Wildlife Health - WOAH - World Organisation for Animal Health, alongside previously submitted information.

Submission Process:

Complete the attached Excel workbook, filling in all relevant tabs. Use one workbook per calendar year.
Submit the completed Excel workbook to the WAHIS Support Desk by selecting the following category and sub-category:
- Category: Wildlife (non-listed diseases) / Faune sauvage (maladies n'appartenant pas à la liste de l'OMSA) / Fauna salvaje (enfermedades que no pertenecen a lista de la OMSA)
- Sub-category: Data submission / Soumission de données / Envío de datos.
